Orders must be placed at least two days before the desired delivery date.
To ensure the freshness of the flowers, all orders are currently delivered by our own staff.
Delivery is currently available only in Taipei City and New Taipei City (Banqiao, Xizhi, Xindian, Yonghe, Zhonghe, Sanchong, Xinzhuang, and Luzhou districts).
For orders to other areas or emergency orders, please contact us directly by phone or using the chat function in the lower right corner of the screen.
Delivery time can be selected between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, or no specific time.
If the address is incorrect, no one is available to receive the flowers, or the flowers are refused, no refund will be given (including shipping). If a second delivery is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
If you need to cancel your order after completing your purchase, a 20% order processing fee will be charged.
Orders cannot be canceled 48 hours before the delivery date.
The flowers have a viewing period of approximately 3-5 days. The finished product of fresh flowers cannot be completely replicated. If there is a shortage of flowers, other flowers will be used to make the best possible arrangement.
The Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Agency has specified in Article 2 of the "Regulations on the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Transactions" that goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or will expire upon return are not subject to the seven-day right of withdrawal.
